About the Role

We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Digital Trust & Safety Specialist to join an international team dedicated to creating a safer online environment. In this role, you will review and moderate user-generated content and advertisements, ensuring they comply with platform policies and community guidelines.

This position is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who are passionate about digital safety, online integrity, and maintaining high-quality user experiences across global platforms.

Your Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content, advertisements, and online materials.
• Ensure content complies with platform policies, community standards, and legal requirements.
• Identify and take appropriate action on content that violates guidelines.
• Analyze and evaluate content accurately and efficiently.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases when necessary.
• Maintain high levels of quality, productivity, and consistency.
• Stay updated on moderation policies and platform procedures.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and trustworthy online environment.

Requirements

• Fluent Dutch (C1/C2 level).
• Good command of English (B2 level or higher).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to make objective decisions based on established guidelines.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Resilient and capable of handling sensitive online content.
• Previous experience in content moderation, trust & safety, customer support, or related fields is considered an advantage.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
