Schedule: Monday to Friday | 10:00 – 19:00

In this role, you will assist customers through phone, chat, and email channels, providing guidance, troubleshooting, and support across a variety of digital products and services. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via phone, chat, and email.
  • Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Assist users with account-related questions and service navigation.
  • Troubleshoot non-technical issues across various digital products and services.
  • Deliver accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases when needed.

Requirements

  • Fluent Norwegian (C1/C2 level).
  • Good command of English (B2 level or higher).
  • Previous experience in customer service, customer support, consulting, or related roles is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of an international team.
  • Comfortable using multiple digital tools and systems.
