In this role, you will assist customers through phone, chat, and email channels, providing guidance, troubleshooting, and support across a variety of digital products and services. Your Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone, chat, and email.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist users with account-related questions and service navigation.
- Troubleshoot non-technical issues across various digital products and services.
- Deliver accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases when needed.
Requirements
- Fluent Norwegian (C1/C2 level).
- Good command of English (B2 level or higher).
- Previous experience in customer service, customer support, consulting, or related roles is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of an international team.
- Comfortable using multiple digital tools and systems.
