Your Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Support customers via phone, email, or chat
• Provide assistance and solutions regarding products or services
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Work closely with international teams in a fast-paced environment

Work Setup

• The role starts with an on-site training and onboarding period of approximately 1.5 months in Greece.
• After this initial period, there is a possibility to work remotely from Greece, depending on performance and project requirements.

Contract Details

• Permanent contract
• Full-time position
• 40 hours per week
• 8 hours per day / 5 days per week

What We Are Looking For

• Fluent Croatian (C1–C2)
• Good level of English (B2 or higher)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented mindset
• EU citizenship or valid EU work authorization
• Willingness to relocate to Greece
