About the Opportunity

We are looking for a customer-focused Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic international team in Kuala Lumpur.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and delivering excellent service through various communication channels. You will work in a fast-paced environment while supporting customers and contributing to a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support through chat, email, and other communication channels
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
• Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow established procedures
• Escalate complex issues when necessary and collaborate with internal teams
• Maintain service quality standards and meet performance targets
• Build positive relationships with customers through clear and effective communication

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluent Mandarin language skills (spoken and written)
• Good English communication skills
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Live Chat Support, Contact Center, or Customer Support environments is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable using computer systems and digital communication tools
