Your Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.

- Document customer interactions accurately within internal systems.
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Follow company procedures, policies, and quality standards.

Requirements
- Fluent German (C1/C2 level).
- Good command of English (B2 level or higher).
- Previous experience in customer service, customer support, hospitality, retail, or similar roles is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
